We booked as a 1 week Easter sunshine break with the kids via Jet2. To add on half board was a small amount of money so we took it. We had the view it was a backup for breakfast and dinner as we intended to hire a car, adventure around and eat out where possible. The facilities at the hotel are good, large clean rooms, pool, gym etc. Bowling alley is a bit hard to find and this particular area feels a bit tired. Pool bar and snacks were great. Breakfast and dinner a mixed bag, everything hygienic, clean and well prepared but quite basic and limited in choice (if you wish to compare to an all inclusive huge-buffet). It was perfect for our holiday and we had a great time, but we really just used it as a base for trips out and beach visits. I couldn’t see us staying around the pool all week without both the kids and ourselves getting a bit bored.

A lovely clean and friendly little apartment hotel. We went B&B but probably should have gone self catering. The Breakfast wasn’t fabulous, fresh fruit and yogurts were nice. Basic breakfast. The pool bar lunch menu is FANTASTIC- pizzas are great lovely friendly staff and the prices were great! Really pleased with our little 3 night break, wouldn’t visit again as we like to go to different places but cannot fault the team at the hotel. Super friendly and safe pool was cold but to be expected in April. Thank you for a wonderful little break!

Booked a one bed standard apartment thru british airways holidays at a great price and was blown away with the apartment! It was room 1101 above the restaurant and was totally updated and huge. Sunbeds on the balcony was a great extra and we got the sun til around 1 pm. Most days we went to the pool and there are so many sunbeds plus 2 extra piles i cant imagine any sunbed wars here. There wasnt many kids here as it was the week after half term but it seems a very safe complex for kids to roam around and have fun. The complex is spotlessly clean and we only had a snack in the pool bar which was nice. We didnt use the restaurant as there are lovely restaurants close by which we went out to each night or walked into costa teguise which is a 15 minute walk. Would return here and highly recommend

Stayed for 5 days in November and we were very pleased with our room. Stayed in a 2 bed apartment, it was modern and clean and had all the facilities we needed. The pool area is also nice and well kept. Used the gym twice which again had everything we needed. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. Only thing that let's the hotel down is that some of the facilities are a little tired, there is a mini golf area etc which needs a refresh.

Up there with one of the Best place I’ve ever stayed! Never been to lanzarote before but I can’t wait to return!! Highly recommend these apartments. For family’s and couples. Food is great, apartments are well equipped for self catering. Prices are good! Staff are lovely & cleaned 5 days out of 7! Great location. Buses into arracefie is regular and only 10 mins or so! Only down side was the pool was freezing cold and salt water but it didn’t put us off. Once you’re in it’s fine! Will definitely return!!

Thank you Santa Rosa for a fabulous family holiday. What a great location and hotel with plenty to do. Don’t forget to check out the beautiful beaches for snorkelling and body boarding and the town is a lovely 20 mins walk along the sea front. The staff are really friendly, apartment clean and beds super comfy. It’s really quiet at night. Pool area is amazing! There is a good selection of food at breakfast and country themed dinners. The entertainment chaps is really fun and don’t miss the water polo and bingo. I would not hesitate to book again!

Stayed here a few times now and always enjoyed our stays. A 10-15 minute walk from the beach and lots of bars and restaurants close by make it a great location. The rooms are cleaned every day and the staff are friendly. Fantastic
